Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport
Project Description

Cincinnati Airport is said to be one of the fastest growing airports in the United States. With almost five million travelers going through it in 2011, it is no wonder that the Quieter Home Program was initiated by the FAA around this busy airport. Koch Corporation worked under the direction of Wylie Engineering and C & S Companies on some of the phases of sound mitigation. Vinyl windows by Harvey Windows and Doors and Republic Windows and Doors were installed. Prime Doors by PEM and Door Systems, LLC and storm doors by Larson were also used as part of the sound mitigation of the building envelope of the houses and businesses involved in the project.
